Which class should I take?
What are you looking for? Something quick, Barre Express-o. Something challenging, Yoga Barre or PULSE. Something basic? Barre Basic.
What do I need for barre class?
A non-slip mat, a sturdy chair and a pair of weights (max. 1kg)
Do I need to be able to do ballet to do barre?
Absolutely not. Barre draws inspiration from ballet movements, but it's open for all levels.
It's my first barre class, which class should I join?
Yay! Barre Basic and Barre Express-o are solid choices for you! Say hi to me before class and let me know if it's your first time at the barre.
My friends/colleagues and I wanna do a private barre class. Is that possible?
